Lane Finch is a partner at Swift Currie McGhee & Hiers, LLP. He is an analytical and creative problem solver with almost 35 years' experience litigating and advising insurance carriers and policyholders on a broad range of claims and coverage disputes, such as construction defect claims, products claims, professional liability claims, D&O claims, property and casualty claims, catastrophic injury and death, bad faith claims, and disputes among insurance carriers. These matters have involved policy limits up to $500 million.
